This wonderful villa is situated in the beautiful neighbourhood of Canyelles, near the beach and approximately 3 km from Lloret de Mar. This freestanding house is situated on top of a hill lending itself to wonderful views of the Mediterranean. The villa is reached by way of a one-way street with no through traffic. The grounds surrounding the villa are completely fenced off and thus ideal for families with small children. Once in the villa you will find a spacious living room with sofas and a well-equipped kitchen. All four bedrooms are suitable for 2 people per bedroom. The villa has a cosy atmosphere and grants fantastic views from the balcony over the bay of Canyelles which is approx 1.5 km from the villa. The swimming pool is surrounded by a garden creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. At the front of the villa there is sufficient parking space available and villa is equipped with gas heating. All in all, this villa is an ideal place to spend your holiday!

The natural surrounding of the city rightly called “flower of the sea” charms us with its original and wild beauty. It is more than worth it to come and visit this place! Lloret de Mar is a masterpiece of nature. It is unique because of the perfection the observer discovers when watching the scenery. It is unique because of its size and the regular delivery and removal of sand thanks to the sea’s movement. An old city full of history, personal and individual customs where tourists can enjoy the old Spanish traditions or nightlife.
