Set in mature sub tropical gardens and close to a small village the house offers the perfect location for a superb holiday. Tthis very spacious villa has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard. Inside we have a large open plan living room/dinning room/kitchen, with doors onto a shaded dinning terrace and views down to the extra large swimming pool and garden. The traditional country house style kitchen, installed last year, is fully fitted and equipped with large electric oven, gas hob, integrated dishwasher, and integrated fridge freezer. There is also a large free standing fridge and freezer. There are two living rooms, both well furnished and comfortable, one with a wood burning stove. The house has full gas central heating, great for a winter break. We have three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all with en-suite shower rooms, The shower rooms consist of basin, toilet, and a large open shower. Great for a relaxing holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our nearest village is Santo Estevao....about 5 min away. The village has most things you nead on a daily basis. A good local restaurant 'O Forno'.....booking essential in the summer, 2 great little supermarkets, a pharmacy,post office, and a nice cafe'Cafe Central'. There is a cash machine at the post office. About 10 min drive from the villa is Tavira, the most beautiful town in the Algarve.

  • Prices quoted are in pounds sterling....we do accept payment in other currencies (rates at the time of booking)
    We ask for 20% deposit and the balance not later than 4 weeks before your holiday, payment by bank transfer preferred, but other payment methods accepted.
    A £250 security/breakage deposit is required, this is paid with the balance and is normally refunded 1 week after your holiday, by cheque or bank transfer, if there are no breakages.
  • The house is made available from 2pm on your day of arrival and we ask you to vacate by 10am on your day of departure...this 4 hours enables us to prepare the house for the next clients.
