Really nice open space apartment. It can accommodate four people, with a large light and airy bedroom one with double, light and airy bedroom two with two single beds, Immaculately clean bathroom with, w.c., tip and big shower, a Kitchen fully accessorized, gas cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, with all kitchen utensils. There is a Very large light airy living space with sofa, Cd/mp3 player, TV armchairs dining table and chairs, Note There is a big outside living covered veranda for eating and relax outside with plastic table, chairs and rocking sofa all in a very quiet area of Alghero. Towels and linen are included in the price.

Nice, well furnished and spacious property on 1°st floor in Alghero which lies near the sea and offers the advantage of being close to the airport and therefore not requiring the use of a hire car. In the flat there are a big outsider living covered veranda to relax on the evening, there are regular bus services in front to the apartment. you may not understuimate It is a just 350 meters from to the main beach which is golden sand, the flat is close from shop and restaurants. In Alghero There are plenty of daily excursions via boat or tours to the neighbouring caves at Capo Caccia and other local beauty spots. with some steps, you'll be enjoied to stimate the the really nice harbour with his features boats and the value of the historic town with wonderful boutiques including the famous red coral jewellery stores and clothes stores, All in typical Italian style. you should be interested that there is a good bus network to the major cities and towns on the island.

Was a really great time living in this appartment, especially the veranda ist great and we often seat outside til late at night.

Really nice owners who had been very friendly and made us a nice welcome in offering food and drinks....

Unfortunately the beds were not very tidy, and the toilet very loud, but really the only things we could claim.

A calm place close to the pineta beach wonderful....

We loved Sardinia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes we had a small mistake i understood at first time that you were a couple with child, unstead on the airport i found two couples with child!!
So we had to change the disposition of the bedrooms by night! after many uses the toilet is going to be noise at the end, we will change it in a short time, but you know is a very small problem, you are a very nice families i hope see you again in Alghero

The best appartment in Alghero

We had a wonderful stay there. The equippment was very good, the flat was clean and lovely decorated, we had enough space and enjoyed the balcony, from where you have a beautiful view to the seaside of Alghero. The price of the flat is extremely good for all the stuff you have. Very good for People with a car as well. Very close to supermarket and Maria Pia Beach (Best beach in Alghero) with a car.
So thank you very much for staying in your flat and your friendly service, Leonardo.
We looking foward to come again to your place.

Clean, Basic & Value for Money

Located in quiet residential area on outskirts of Alghero. Apartment has basic but adequate facilities with great balcony area where you will spend most of the time whilst at the apartment.Easy access to Alghero Town via 2 bus routes from main road which is short walk from apartment - get timetable from tourist info - tickets 70cents each way. Superb beaches are 5-10 minutes walk away depending on which one you choose.There is a well stocked supermarket 10 minutes walk down the main road in the direction of Alghero.This is not a luxury apartment with super views but it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend it.Owners provided airport transfers which was a great help.

Modern apartment with excellent service

The owner has two apartments. On our arrival he showed us both and we could decide, which one we like better.
Owner brought us from the airport to the apartment for free (and back of course)!
He gave us his cellphone number so we could reach him when we didn't find the apartment the first evening. He catched us and drove us home. What a great service!
The apartment was nice and modern. Great view on the sea from the balcony.
We didn't have a car and could reach supermarket, beach, port and historical center all by foot. Even with 2 little children.

Leonardo is the Best!

I was taking 6 teenagers to Italy from Germany when we had a flat tire and missed our plane. I had reserved this apartment and a ride from the airport for half of our group. We obviously did not show up at the airport and poor Leonardo looked for us all over. I wasn't able to reach him by phone but he did reach us and said it was no big problem, these things happen and he was just glad he had not missed us at the airport. He was so great about the whole incident that we are determined to finally make it to Sardinia and to meet him and stay at his place. To you, Leonardo, you're the Best!!! Kathy
