Apartment Serena (150sq m over 3 floors) is either a 3 bed self catered apartment house. Or alternatively with B & B available on request for up to 8 people in the picturesque village of Kirchberg in Tirol. Centrally located just 5 minutes walk from all the local amenities. Direct access to the Kitzbuhel and Ski Welde ski regions with skiing back to the house when conditions allow. Newly refurbished kitchen with Fridge/freezer microwave /dishwasher. The Lounge has satellite TV and CD player. Two Bathrooms 1 en suite with Jacuzzi. Downstairs it has its own exclusive bar. The large balcony offers superb views of the Gaisberg with night skiing and tobogganing. In the summer the Badsee is only 5 minutes walk enabling safe swimming in either the lake or the swimming pool with slides and flumes for the children. Hill walking/cycling/tennis/golf all on the doorstep.

  • The rental charges are based on 6 people. For each additional person (maximum 8 occupancy) there is an additional charge of 100 euros per week.
    The rental includes heating/linen and local tourist tax. There is a final cleaning charge of 50 Euros which is collected with the deposit.

Kirchberg - The Tyrol's best kept secret

I have stayed with friends at Apartment Serena a number of times, in winter and also in summer. It is in an ideal position, just a few minutes walk outside the lively Kirchberg village centre. It’s location therefore is quiet in the evenings and close to all the amenities in the daytime.
The house is clean and comfortable, well equipped and has a warm friendly atmosphere – and a cellar bar where it is easy to relax after an energetic day. Splendid, panoramic mountain views from the balcony are an inspiration to start your day whether you are preparing to put on your walking boots or ski boots. We found the wide choice of local restaurants offer excellent quality and good value for money. We also found the proprietors very approachable and helpful in advising with our travel arrangements, local sightseeing attractions, discounts for ski-hire, passes and lessons, and especially in the availability of a first 24-hour guide service for those new to the area or those who are unfamiliar with the Kirchberg and Kitzbuhel ski runs.
Being situated not far from Salzburg, Innsbruck, or even Munich airports and accessible from various UK airports, makes Kirchberg a flexible destination. I have no hesitation in recommending Apartment Serena to families or groups who are looking for versatile accommodation in the Austrian Tyrol.

Situated in the heart of the village within easy reach of all of the ski school, ski hire and transport to the surrounding ski area. The apartment itself is light and airey and well equiped, I have to say that the photographs do not do it justice. We always self cater but there are also good value restaurants just a short walk away.Fantastic view of the Gaisberg from the balcony where you can go night ski-ing. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Apartment Serena.
Owner's Response: Ill try the next time to get some different angles on the phots. Without having one of every room (8/9 rooms)I dont know what else to do. Maybe best make it an even better surprise the first time.
