New Luxury Ski Chalet 3 bedrooms situated in a small development with centre Island water feature amongst breath taking mountain scenery and only 3 kms to historic and romantic town of Murau. Furnished to a high standard, sleeps 7 with seperate Jacuzzi bathroom and power shower room. Large open plan kitchen, dining and living area TV with free view channels, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Large terrace with table and 4 chairs ground floor, 2 bedrooms lead to balcony with stunning views of the ski slope and mountains. In Murau there is a bathing lake, swimming pool and Keep fit gym. On the door step is Kreischberg ski slope ( 30km) this can be reached by car or the local train at the bottom of the lane in 5 minutes. Horse riding within walking distance 10 minutes and cycle path 5 minutes with the longest cycle route in Europe.Also within 5 minutes walk a good quality restaurant. The region is known primarily for its lakes and mountain ranges enjoying over 200days of sunshine a year.

Skiing: Kreischberg ski lift just a few minutes by car or train and views from the terrace or balcony of the ski run. Skiing for all the family including Tubing arena, on the speed and wisbi-slope, snow volley ball , Europes largest half pipe,Toboggan run, cross country skiing , ice skating, many other ski areas are very close by.

Other activities: White water rafting, swimming, tennis, walking, horse riding, canoeing, keep fit centre, cycle riding on the longest route in Europe all within a few minutes.
