Why book with us ??? :
1. This is a very large property that is under priced. We aim for people to book early and often. It is very well appointed & spacious - it has three beds, three terraces, two bathrooms. Two TV's & a Playstation Two for the kids.
2. Parties of 6: we don't rip you off if you have a large party. If you have three/ four of your own kids - no extra fee. If there are two families or parents - only 10% to cover extra laundry. Let us quote you. We don't charge an extra 60 quid per person per week to fleece you. Honest !
4. We don't charge for Cot, High Chair, Baby bath seat, Micro steriliser:: all provided FREE.
5. We don't charge a damages / security deposit. We operate on trust. How many times have you been riped off by a damages deposit ?
6. Low booking deposit. No more than 10% of the total let price and the balance does not need to be paid until four weeks before you go. You can pay online also. You won't find better payment terms that this.
Outside open plan living - catch the Sun !:
The property has three large sun terraces. You get sun from sun rise to sun set.
Terrace 1 - This is a large solarium. 100% private and secluded. It is 50m2 and comes complete with 6 back reclining sunbeds, a hardwood table with 6 chairs for outside eating and a BBQ (provide your own coals). There is also an outside cool shower. You get th sun here from 8am to 4pm. It is accessed from patio doors off the lounge. There is a shaded area and parasol should you or the kids desire shade.
Terrace 2. This is large 30m2 area. It includes seating and foot stools. It is at the front of the house and catches the sun from 2pm through to about 8pm when the sun sets.
Terrace 3 / Private Balcony. This is a large 30m2 balcony terrace off the master bed room. It has spectacular ocean views. You will wake up to this every morning !!! It also has a large retractable awning if you desire shade. It has 2 sunbeds, two chairs and a small table. Sip some wine here and just watch the sea
An established respected community:
This is a house in an established community about 10 yers old. What does this mean. In simple terms. 1) The properties are occupied and there is a formalised 'Community of Owners'. Because of this: 2) It is well lit at night; 3) There is permanent electricity connections; 4) There is a permanent water connection.
This means no dodgy builders electricity from a generator or water from a tanker in to a tank. Good lighting. Think I am joking ? Many developments in Fuerteventura take years and years to sell the houses and this means that no community is ever set up and electricity / water can be unreliable as they are still under the control of the developer. Watch out for this. Book in an establsihed occupied community.
Golf:
You are close to two championship courses. The Fuerteventura Golf Club (host of the 2004 Spanish Open on the PGA Europeaa Tour) and the Salines de Antigua layout by Maneul Pinero. There is a set of golf clubs provided in the house FREE OF CHARGE (provide your own balls and shoes).
