The sitting room is unique in that it has French windows on both sides affording unparalleled views of Grimaud castle + windmill on the swimming pool side and the Bay of St Tropez on the other. There is a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, study with wifi and a vast playroom with satellite TV. There are almost two acres of garden with a heated, alarmed pool (11mx5m), gas barbecue and ample seating for al fresco dining in the beautiful Mediterranean surroundings (oleanders, parasol pines, cactus, olive trees, vines etc).

Grimaud is 5 mins drive away with its ruins of the mediaeval citadel, cobbled streets and stunning views over the provencal countryside. St Tropez, is only 8 kilometres from the house, with it’s celebrated market on a Saturday and Tuesday, perfect for presents, or for idling away a few hours enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of a Provencal market. For those who wish for a more relaxing day, order a glass of rose, gaze out at the superyachts in the harbour and see how the other half lives! Port Grimaud is close by, famous for its waterfront cafes and restaurants and boat excursions round the bay. Ste Maxime, on the other side of the bay to St Tropez is 6km further down the coast. There are lots of wonderful beaches; many of them with their own little beach bars and restaurants. Gigaro + Pampelone are a must with three miles of beaches with many bars + restaurants - the most famous of which is Club 55 which has a fabulous restaurant, frequented by beautiful people of all ages!

The full amount is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
