This privately owned and beautifully presented 2 bed bungalow with all home comforts (inc. air/con). Situated in a quiet residential area with a pool and private gardens.Only a short walk to local bars, restaurants & supermarket and 5 mins drive to the beach & Moraira. Inside the bungalow there are 2 well sized bedrooms, lounge/diner complete with sofa-bed, a kitchen a bathroom with bath & shower.The property also benefits from air conditioning/heating, a washing machine, iron, TV with Satellite, DVD (with a selection of DVD's) , PS2 (few games) Ipod docking system, microwave,kettle, toaster and complimentary toiletries.There is off road parking located at the front of the property and at the rear there is a peaceful residential pool with gardens. Attached to the property, there are garden and terrace areas, ideal for sunbathing and barbecues with ample sunbeds and seating and a najar (an enclosed terrace) with table and chairs, perfect for sipping a glass of wine and alfresco dining.

Moraira is a small, pretty town on the Costa Blanca coast, half-way between Alicante and Valencia. Moraira is set at the end of a small valley, and enjoys an enviable position between the cultivated muscatel grape vines and the L'Ampolla beach, the largest blue flag beach in the area. Moraira has grown from a small fishing village to a very attractive and charming holiday and retirement resort, attracting visitors from all over. Moraira has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, and many restaurants and bars still retain their Spanish character.Moraira has a 1 mile race in July coinciding with the Moors and Christians festival, organised by the local running club.Starting and finishing in the centre of Moraira, the length of the races range from 400m for the younger runners, to 800m and the 1 mile. You can take a scenic walk in Moraira from El Portet (a local beach) to the Cap d'Or, with many photographic opportunities along the way.

Exterior facilties: Local activities include diving, cycling, fishing, 2 golf courses, horse riding, mountain biking, go karting, sailing, swimming, tennis and walking. The property is less than 30 mins away by car from Benidorm with an array of attractions including Mundormar and animal water park. Aqualandia a themed swimming park and Terra Mittica a huge fun park with some of the largest rides in Europe. The picturesque village of Guadalest is really worth a visit, it is set in the mountains with a beautiful aqua blue reservoir stretching out below. Other nearby towns include Calpe (popular with climbers for the Calpe Rock) Benissa, Teulada Benitachell, Javea and Denia where you can take a ferry trip to Ibiza.

Moraira info: Moraira is fast becoming a cosmopolitan coastal resort, which boasts a large selection of upmarket and traditional bars and restaurants. This is an exclusive area allowing you to have a pleasant and tranquil holiday in the sun. For the shoppers among you, there is a weekly market every Friday morning, and interesting choices of shops from trendy boutiques to Chinese bazaars for bargain hunters.For families with children, there is a local fair ground for all ages, astro turf areas for a kick about and safe beaches nearby.

Great place to stay with convenient location

We stayed here with our 2yr old son. The place was immaculate with everything as described. The living room was pleasent to relax in and had the added benifits of DVD player, PS2 and cable TV. The owner has a supply of 50+ DVDs, PS2 games and books. There was evensupply of beach toys for our son. No need to pack a Bucket and Spade.
The villa is a short drive from Moraira which is a lovely town. Walking back is all up hill so I suggest that you take a car. Parking is really easy so great if you have a toddler and buggy in tow.
The gardens at the villa are well maintained and add to the relaxing atmosphere. We found it very quite at all times. Next to no traffic noise or anything else that would spoil a holiday. The local pubs are walking distance but the better ones are found in the town. It has a local supermarket which is only two minutes in the car. All in all, a very convenient location.
There is plenty of room to sit outside and the pool looked very clean(stll a bit cold in March!).
Towels, bed linen and Kitchen material was spotless. There was nothing missing that we needed. A great place to spend time or to act as a base to explore the area.
Booking was very easy with clear instructions sent in good time. The property manager lives nearby so is on hand to welcome and resolve any difficulties. We plan to visit this place again and will stay at the same villa.Highly recommended.

This is a lovely bungalow with everything you could want and none of the things you don't (i.e. hidden charges for laundry/cleaning/aircon etc.). Well maintained and spotless for us arriving. The communal pool was also very clean and well maintained. The property manager lives close at hand should any problems arise, but our stay was perfect. The sun loungers,cushions,parasol and garden chairs are all new, which made a refreshing change !! The leather furniture in the living area is also new. Satellite T.V. and DVD player are first class, there's even a good selection of DVD's to choose from. IPod docking station and Play Station for the kids is a great idea. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone. We will certainly return to this bungalow.

excellent value villa

This is our second visit to this villa and definitely wont be our last.
Everything and I mean everything is provided, a proper home from home. Very clean and well kept and in a great position. It's also very reasonably priced.
The town and beach are only 15/20 mins. walk [5mins. drive] with the fabulous beach at El Portet the same.
The supermarkets are close to hand and the area itself where the house located is very quiet. Great pool and rear terrace, all in all a really good holiday.
