This end apartment on the top floor of a 2 storey block, provides front line accommodation with both sea, pool and garden views and is within easy walking distance of Portals Nous village with its supermarket, shops, banks & medical facilities. There is direct access to the beautiful Portals Nous beach and the Port from the gated and secure landscaped tropical gardens. The apartment provides 2 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite bathroom and a second twin/double bedroom with bathroom. (both bathrooms have a shower over the bath), lounge with dining area & a newly and comprehensively fitted kitchen and a seperate utility room with a second fridge freezer and washing machine. The apartments boasts a very large terrace with sofas and dining area. Secure parking space. Max occupancy 4, sorry no pets.

Only a 10 minute drive from the sophisticated capital Palma with its exclusive shops and restaurants and 20 minutes from the airport, Portals is a great location for sightseeing around the whole of the island. The South West provides a wide variety of beach resorts and activities for family holidays with children of all ages such as Magaluf and Palma Nova which are around a 10 minute drive away, and yet also provides plenty to do and see for couples or singles looking for quieter pastimes, Puerto Andratx, Andratx, Calvia are close by and further North are the villages of Valledemossa and Deia which are well worth a visit for an insight into Mallorcas culture and heritage. The Sporting enthusiast will not be disappointed with activities on offer such as walking/hiking & cycling in the Tamuntana mountains, and numerous golf courses and a tennis and country club. Boating, yachting, diving and all water based activities are in abundance, with many quiet coves to be discovered.

Notes: The kitchen has been recently refitted to a very high standard and has ample cutlery and crockery provided, it also has the benefit of a seperate utility room for storage which has an extra fridge/freezer which is ideal for keeping all your drinks cool. A high chair and travel cot may be available on request. The lounge area and master bedroom have air-conditioning / heating units operated by remote control and can be preset. All rooms are very comfortably furnished with linen and towels provided. The large sunny terrace gets the sun for most of the day and has great views over the swimming pool, landscaped gardens to the sea and Port beyond having a covered area with a dining table seating 6 and 2 x 2 setter sofas and a sunbed. Direct beach and port access. This apartment does benefit from being on the top floor on the end of a row, so no-one above or to one side!! The apartment is reached by a number of stairs. No lifts are available. Not suitable for wheelchairs, or the infirm.
