Situated on a secure private development complete with guarded entrance and 24 hr security, this villa has something to offer everyone. Upon entering the villa you go up stairs to the two bedrooms, one is made up as a double and one as a twin. Both rooms are complete with fitted wardrobes and luxury en suite bathrooms finished. The master en suite also benefits from a walk in shower. Downstairs is situated the third bedroom which is also a double room and the third bathroom with walk in shower. Also on this level are the lounge, dining area and kitchen, the lounge boasts an open fire place and flat screen T/V with satellite and wired ADSL.The kitchen has all the modern appliances you could wish for to include built in microwave and dishwasher.The work tops are all finished in lovely black polished granite, the kitchen also leads onto the dining area and out to the top terrace.
