We are offering an apartment with 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate WC, terrace for 2 - 4 people (with children, can be extended to 6 people). There are very comfortable furnishing in the residence (German standard): Living room with closed-in fire place and additional sleeping space, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine, 2 bedrooms, separate WC and a covered terrace (possible garage and bike parking). he country house was built in 1989 and is located in a beautifully situated residential area among nice French neighbours (not a holiday resort!), only 250 m from the town centre. The neighbourhood is surrounded by a stone pine wood to the north and east. It is included in the approx. 3,000 residence in the town of Linxe, that has a very solid infrastructure in addition to its three hunting lodges: shops, 3 restaurants, petrol station, cinema, numerous sport complexes (incl. tennis courts). Linxe is located among a lake and densely wooded sand dunes (Leoner lake) approx. 8 km from the beach - suitable beach access for every body in Moliets, St. Girons uns Lit et Mixe.

Die Internet-Angaben sind sehr genau, das Domizil ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und gut vorbereitet empfangen. Dieses Objekt ist für Familien mit Kindern genauso geeignet wie für ältere Reisende. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit deutschem TV.
Die Gegend ist in einem sehr schönen Naturgebiet, für Radfahrer geeignet. Allerdings sollte man einen fahrbaren Untersatz haben, da die einzelnen Orte zu Fuß doch etwas weit auseinanderliegen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist dort total richtig. Ich empfehle dieses Objekt sehr gerne weiter und fahre auch gerne mit meiner Familie wieder dort hin.
