Extremely Attractive, Comfortable, Family Self Catering Villa, fully catering for 8. Situated in a Golfer's dream position, immediately overlooking two golf courses, just minutes from the 19th hole. The family, totally catered for with giant games, fussball table, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi and plenty of room to relax and sunbathe. Wifi connection for those needing to stay connected and TV, DVD's and play station games for those wishing to entertain themselves indoors. A 10 minutes walk alongside the 3rd fairway brings you into the entertainment centre of Atlantico with bars, restaurants, ten pin bowling, cinema and shopping. Three beautiful hotels occupy this immediate foreshore and welcome non guests. The lagoon beaches are very well kept and paddle boats can be hired. A beach restaurant, found at the end of a wooden pontoon, caters for long and relaxed lunches and lazy afternoons. The sweeping golden bay of Caleta De Fuste is just a further 10 minute stroll on from here.

  • The rates quoted above are for 6 persons/per week. A supplement per the 7th and 8th persons is chargeable @ £25 per person mid season, £50 per person high season.
    Children under 2 yrs old are not charged for.
    A deposit of £100 is requested at time of booking. The balance payment falls due 6 weeks prior to departure. On arrival a BREAKAGES DEPOSIT of £100/£150 euro is requested and returned on departure.
    All services advertised are included in the rental rates, including a 'welcome pack' of groceries.
