This two bed town house sleeps up to four people. It has a communal pool and is ideally located within the Dona Pepa urbanisation of Ciudad Quesada within walking distance of many bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The property is superbly equipped and furnished, with a patio and spacious terrace to the front and terrace to the rear and has a balcony to the master bedroom with a king size bed and wardrobes, the second bedroom has twin beds and wardrobes. Bathroom has corner bath & shower. The lounge has a TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. There is a downstairs WC and wash hand basin. A fully equipped fitted kitchen with outside lock up including washing machine. Facilities in Ciudad Quesada include the La Marquesa Golf Course, and Aqua Park, Bowls Club, Nature Reserve with BBQs and picnic area. Within a short distance are activities such as horse riding, crazy golf, go-karting and all types of water sports. The superb beach of Guardamar is only a 10 minute drive away

Additional information about rental rates

  • Shorter term rentals are available upon request and subject to availability.
    A deposit at time of booking of £100.00 is required to secure the property (non refundable due to cancellation) with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to rental.
    A £100 security deposit is payable with the final balance in case of damage or breakages.
    This will be returned within 2 weeks after your stay after an inspection by the key holder, who can also arrange a meet and greet, welcome pack, airport collection and golf can be pre-booked (on request for an extra fee).
    A fee of 50 Euros is payable on arrival at the property to the key holder for cleaning of the property and laundry on departure.

I have been to this property several times in the past 2 years and have found it to be extremely clean and tidy. The house is extremely well looked after and is superbly presented. The neighbouring properties are also in excellent condition and the area is cared for extremely well. The pool area is clean tidy and display's some lovely plants, shrubbs and trees. Facilities in the surrounding areas are all within a 10 - 15 minute walk. There is a wide choice of bars and restaurants. The nearby towns offer a wide variety of culture and activities for you to experience. all age groupd can be catered for in this lovely part of Spain.
Owner's Response: As you will read from the reviews our holiday home is a lovely place to stay and is suitable for all ages. Shops and restaurants are only minutes away and this is a lovely part of Spain to relax or see the sights as you wish.

Golf Holiday

Myself and 4 friends used this property as our base for a lads golf holiday. We played 6 different golf courses in 6 days, with the furthest course away being only 45 mins from the house. With the nearest Golf course only 15 minutes down the road at La Finca this really is an ideal place to use for either a short or longer golfing break.
We found car rentals with Victoria cars, operating out of both Alicante and Murcia were the cheapest and more than adequate for our golfing needs. By the way I didn't win but hey the holiday was great. Highly recommended

I stayed at this property in May and it was very clean, well layed out and a very pleasant area to stay in. The weather, facilitys and pool were brilliant. Easy to hire a car and travel to beaches/air port. There is a great cheap local market and Spanish and English pubs nearby.

An Ace Place

Have stayed here twice with my young family and what a great time we had. The house itself is very clean and suitably furnished and an in an ideal location for all the surrounding facilities. A car is a must but not essential as you also have all the basics within walking distance.
With both the beach and the water park both only a 10 minute drive away it is a great holiday spot for the children.
There are more than enough restaurants in the local area to cater for everybodies tastes so eating out is not a problem. For those on a tight budget self catering is not a problem as many a BBQ was had and with a cold San Miquel on the balcony, what more could you ask for. I am already booked in again in March for a golfing holiday (can't wait)
