The apartment is wonderfully located, near Boulevard Gambetta (Musician's district),walking distance from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the old city , only 5mn walk from Nice Central train station An ideal location to base yourself for your holiday to see the French Riveria. Supermarkets are very close to the apartment as well as a typical outdoor 'Provence' market The apartment is located in a safe residential district with a lot of 'Belle Epoque' and « Art Deco »private houses, the Russians used to come and stay in that part of Nice(during the 19th century) until the Russian revolution, and for that reason they have built in 1912, a Russian Orthodox church, the biggest one in western Europe , crowned by six onion-shaped cupolas, it contains superb treasures such as icons, frescoes, and woodwork. - You will enjoy your stay...in this romantic / glamorous district!
