Recently refurbished cosy ski apartment situated in the one of the best ski resorts in the world (Paradiski), door step skiing and within 3 minutes walk from the ski school, restaurants and shops. The apartment is in Les Arcs 2000 which is a glacier resort with guaranteed snow during the season. Not only does Les Arcs offer 420km of ski rea, but it is also linked to La Plagne via the Vanoise Express cable car giving you another 300km of slopes. A free bus service is offered from Arc 2000 to Arc 1800 & 1600, with a free gondala ride to Arc 1950 resort. The pretty town of Bourg St Maurice is worth a visit via the free Funicular train. Apart from the great skiing, and views, Les Arcs has a great selection of restaurants and bars close by. Conveniently beside our apartment is a smaller selection of shops, a ski hire shop, post office, as well as the ice rink (favourite with the kids !). Great resort for beginners or experienced skier.

Location: Les Arcs in France

Les Arcs 2000 is the highest resort in Les Arcs, with free coach access to Arc 1800 & Arc 1600. A free gondala lift is in place from Arc 2000 to Arc 1950 where a further range of ammenities, shops and restaurants can be found. The nearest town is Bourg St Maurice which is at the bottom of the mountain and accessible by a free Funicular train ride (free on your ski pass). The ride takes around 17 minutes, or you can drive down in around 25 minutes. Bourg St Maurice offers a train station and coach station with Bourg being the last stop for the Eurostar train. We find the cheapest way to come here to ski is by flying with Easyjet to Geneva (Approx ?20 each way inc) and hire a car from Geneva airport (approx ?120 per week), or if you don't want to drive, there is a coach from Geneva airport to Bourg St Maurice. Chambery is 20 minutes closer to Les Arcs, but costs slightly more to get there. Please e mail us for loads of information on the cheapest ways to get there and for directions.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The dates quoted in the 'rental period' refer to overnight occupancy. Arrival time to be from 1pm, with departure on the departure day by 11.00am. Changeover days are Saturday, however we can sometimes be flexible on start day and duration - please contact us for specific details
    We require 50% payment upon reservation plus a damage waiver deposit of £250 which will be refunded after your return (assuming the apartment is left clean, tidy and undamaged). The full payment is required 2 months before departure and a set of keys along instructions will be given to you on your arrival. If your arrival time is beyond 6pm please check with us first so we can ensure the keyholder can meet with you.

  • Recently refurbished for the season, the apartment offers a double bedroom, 2 full sized adult bunk beds and a sofa bed which is ideal for one person but has been used for 2 adults previously to allow a maximum of 6 to sleep in total in the apartment. The kitchen has been completely replaced and the bedroom now has a new bed and mattress, with cupboards over and a wardrobe. The bathoom has also been refurbished and retiled. *There are 2 double duvets and 2 single duvets in the apartment with pillows and additional blankets. We ask you bring your own duvet and pillow case covers and your own towels, or you can pay in resort for bedding and towels at approximatley 10 Euros for a double duvet cover with sheet, or 8 Euros for a single. The apartment benefits from underfloor heating throughout.

Notes: On my recent visit to the apartment, enjoyed 3G access on my laptop and an excellent reception on my mobile phone. Additionally the apartment benefits from a Ski Locker situated on the second floor and a lift to all floors. There is free parking nearby and covered parking in Les Arcs 2000 should you decide to drive. (A small parking fee maybe payable during the ski season for covered parking). The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need. Great Apartment

Les Arcs is a family friendly resort with enough entertainment to keep all age ranges occupied. With over 240 kilometres of piste to choose from, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skier a visit to les Arcs is definitely worthwhile.

As a group of 4 the apartment was ideal for exploring the mountains. There are restaurants, bars and pubs all within 50 metres of the building and a Sherpa mini supermarche on site. However this was a little expensive - 5 Euros for 40 tea bags! But a free bus will take you a little way down the mountain to a much cheaper spar at arc 1600. More importantly the piste and ski lifts are pretty much on your door step, being less than 200 metres away.

Easily sleeping 4 adults the apartment was warm, comfortable and well equipped. The electric hob was enough to cook basic meals when not eating out. And the TV and DVD player kept us happy when it was too dark to fall down the slopes. The handover at beginning and end is thorough, friendly and very helpful. The only negative that could be mentioned was that it is advisable to stagger showers in the evening or the hot water runs out for a bit by the 3rd person. But being grown ups, this can be dealt with.

Great position, close to ski slopes

We have just returned from a fantastic break in your apartment and wanted to say thank you very much for our stay. The apartment was just what we needed and really close to the ski school and slopes. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculate.
