Situated in an amazing location overlooking the old port, a stones throw away from the Palais des Festivals - making this apartment ideally located accommodation for guests attending the many conferences held in Cannes. The beach, boutiques and restaurants are literally on your doorstep. A fantastic feature of this apartment is the large terrace which looks out over the old port and the sea – offering a wonderful view! The tasteful interior provides comfortable living space for 2 adults and 1 child. There is a large seating area, with a television & SKY. There is wi-fi internet access and air-conditioning. The double bed is raised up out of the way during the day. French windows lead out onto the terrace, flooding the studio with light. The modern kitchen is well equipped, & the bathroom is spacious.

The property is located in the heart of Cannes, near the Suquet & the Croisette. The apartment is Ideally located for exploring the whole of the Cote d'Azur; Nice, Monaco, St Tropez, Port Grimaud, St Paul de Vence, Gourdon and the mountains are all within an hours drive. Cannes centre is very compact, and is a lovely place to wander around on foot. Local shops, restaurants, supermarket, banks, chemist, bakery etc are in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Marché Forville is the covered produce market in Cannes. Stalls sell a wonderful selection of vegetables, fruit, fish, oysters, patés and olives. Visit on a Saturday, and the surrounding bars and cafés get packed with locals enjoying drinks and lunch after the market closes. Beaches: Lovely private & public beaches are within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Skiing: skiing is about about 1 ½ drive away in the resorts of Auron, Isola 2000 and Valberg. You can go for a days trip and return in the evening.

  • VERY IMPORTANT: please note that the PRICES for the CONFERENCE & FESTIVAL periods and Christmas & NYE will be different - ie: Film Festival 3,450 euros / LIONS 950 euros / MIPTV 1,375 euros / MIPIM 2,000 euros

  • CLEANING, LINEN & TOWELS: You will be met and greeted by our agent on your arrival. Linen & towels are available at a cost of 25€ per person per week (or per booking if less than 1 week) cleaned and changed weekly or more often by arrangement. (Please bring your own beach towels).

    DEPARTURE TIMES: We request that guests arrive after 2.30pm and depart by 11.00am. However, we will do our best to be flexible. If you would like to stay in the apartment after 11.00am because you have a later flight home, a late check out can be arranged free of charge - as long as prior notice is given, and there is not a booking immediately after yours.
  • PAYMENT: Payment can be by (preferably) international bank transfer to our account in France, or by £GBP cheque. A refundable breakages deposit of 250 euros is required (upon final payment), which will returned to you at the end of the stay if there is no damage and keys are returned safely. (Minor breakages such as crockery and glasses will not be charged for).
