The studio is on the forth floor with a sea view overlooking the complex. It has a large sunny balcony with a canopy, dinning table and sunloungers. It is accessed by lift or stairs. There is air-conditioning and central-heating, it has marble flooring. The studio is light and airy with modern furnishings, it is very secure with video-phone entry. The gated grounds have landscaped gardens with mature trees and has a private underground parking space. It has a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers. A private underpass leads straight to the beach. 'Le Lido' is only a 2 minutes walk from the small town which has local shops, market, bars and excellent restaurants. It has a beautiful wide promenade ideal for walking and cycling. Cagnes-sur-mer lies between Nice and Antibes making it ideal for exploring the riviera. There is an excellent bus and rail network all within walking distance.

Cros-de-Cagnes is a fishing/beach community located 3 km. from Nice airport. It is on a main bus route which picks up at Nice airport. There are good rail connections which link to Cannes, Juan-les-pins, Antibes, Nice, Eze, Monaco and the famous Friday market at Ventamelia (Italy). The local bus also goes to St. Paul de Vence and Grasse (for the perfume factories). A short walk beachfront walk takes you to a shopping mal (Cap 3000) which has Gallerie Layfayette and many other chic boutiques. For winter sports the apartment is well placed. Isola 2000 and Auron are the two nearest ski resorts in the french Alps and are approximately 90 minutes by car. (ski-bus also goes from Nice station & airport).

Superb location for luxury break

My husband and I stayed in this luxury studio July 2009. The studio was as described on the website - secure private complex with air conditioning and luxury pool situated directly across the road from the beach and a fantastic promenade where you can walk/cycle for miles in both directions! There are lots of shops, restaurants and local train and bus services near by. The train service hugs the coast line in both directions and the scenery is simply breathtaking! As recommended by the owners we used public transport from the airport since taxis are very expensive in the area. The studio was clean on arrival with a welcome pack comprising clear instructions and suggestions to get the most out of the area. Overall communication with the owners was excellent. All bed linen/ towels/cleaning etc were included I would strongly recommend this accommodation.

This property was above our expectations. The pictures are nice, but the place is even better!

Very confortable, clean and modern. Although it is a studio, we had a nice stay. The balcony is superb!

Wonderful surroundings end well located. Very easy to go around, we even decided not to rent a car, eventhoug there was a parking space.

My kid loved the pool!

We stonglu recommend and hope to come back again!

A LOVELY PLACE TO STAY!

We have just booked this studio/apartment for the third time in two years. The description of the property is accurate regarding location, facilities etc. The property is well cared for, well maintained and beautifully clean The owners, Mr and Mrs Malcolm are extremely helpful and provide excellent customer service. We enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the excellent transport facilities which make it unnecessary for a car unless you want to explore much further afield. The little village of Croix de Cagnes is lovely with its shops and market for local produce etc. A lovely studio with a nice big balcony - a lovely place to stay.
