Approx 2.5 hours from the UK and 5 minutes drive from San Javier airport. Well served by a comprehensive range of low-cost airlines. Alicante airport, 45 mins away is an alternative. All the major hire car companies are located within the airport terminal. It is advisable if hiring a car to book your vehicle in advance. Imagine, just a short walk from your apartment to a sandy beach with calm bathing, restaurants and bars. There are over a hundred beaches along the Costa Calida ranging from tiny deserted coves which are only accessible by boat, to vast stretches of sand with every facility imaginable. Short stroll to a superb selection of restaurants offering international cuisine. Local amenities include street markets, a fully equipped gym and Spa, numerous golf courses, Windsurfing, water sports, pedaloes and boat trips on the beachfront. Karting, horse riding and bowling within easy reach. The historic province of Murcia is 50km, The naval port of Cartagena 20km Aqua Park 25km.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance payable 12 weeks prior to arrival. A £150 deposit is required to cover damage/breakages and will be refunded no later than two weeks after vacating the property.
  • The apartment is cleaned for arrival, linen and bathroom towels supplied. A mid-stay clean provided for guests staying two weeks. Beach towels, maid service and babysitting can be arranged at additional cost.
  • The 1st floor apartment is easily accessible via the main stairs, although there is a lift to the first floor it is currently unavailable for use.

    Ideal for families with children, golfers or couples. The apartment is available for long or short term rental and is strictly non-smoking. Fully air conditioned for summer and heating for the mild winter.

Unrestricted view of the sea: The apartment overlooks a communal garden and from the balcony you have an unrestricted view of the sea. However the land to the rear of the apartment and ground adjacent to the beach front is awaiting further development.
