This comfortable two-bedroomed apartment has been nicely finished and is well furnished and equipped to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. It comprises a spacious double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a seperate shower room and a comfortable kitchen/living/dining open plan area. It is equipped with all kitchen appliances and utilities, as well as a washing machine, tv and cable. It is situated seconds off the Msida waterfront which stand mid-way between Sliema and Valletta. The Msida waterfront extends towards Sliems with its numerous cafes and colourful shops to the North, and towards Valletta, our World Heritage Historical city to the South. It is metres away from bus routes servicing all areas of the island, thus making a car unnecessary. The apartment is ideal for a small group of friends or a small family.

Msida is a pretty village set on the waterfront and having a beautiful Marina. Strolling along the promenade towards Sliema, one comes across another village, Ta'Xbiex also having another Marina with many luxury yachts. Msida is set midway between Sliema and Valletta and one can enjoy leisurely long walks to either side of the promenade. Main route buses drive right through Msida and metres away from the apartment and can take you to all the major places of interest, such as Mdina, The Old Silent Capital, Mellieha with its beautiful sandy beaches, Bugibba, anther pretty promande and even Cirkewwa, the Northernmost harbour where you can hop onto the ferry which will take you to Gozo, our sister island. You may also catch a boat there to Comino with its splendid Blue lagoon. The location of the apartment makes it ideal for the traveler who prefers not to drive as a car is not necessary.

my husband and i rented this property for the last week of june.I can say that it was our best choice.the flat was spacious and very clean,it had all the necessary to make us feel at home.The owner (David) came to pick us up from the airport and he brought a car seat for our 1 year old baby, and at the flat he put a brand new cot,high chair just for our baby. The are is very quite and just near by there is a farmacy,a grosser and a couple of take aways for any emergencies.the bus stop to the main localities was just 2 minutes away. i can say that we could not make a better choice. we have already booked for a short holiday in Christmas for us and our friends,

All we needed

As avid avoiders of hotels we decided to try a rental for the first time, the best holiday decision we've made yet.
David (the owner) picked us up from the airport and presented us with a brand new car seat for our 2 year old to travel in!
On route to the apartment he gave us a quick tour of the local area so we knew where everything was.
The apartment itself was great, clean and spacious with the added bonus of a high walled sun terrace which little 'un could play in safely without us worrying. On the doorstep we had a chemist, grocer, a family run restaurant/take away (which came in handy a couple of times!) and the bus stop where we never waited more than 3 minutes for a bus. The best thing for us was that Msida is away from the better known 'tourist traps' found further north on the island so we didn't have people pouring out of clubs in the early hours, having said that you're only 15/20 minutes max from the hotspots by bus. Would go back but maybe earlier in year as the heat was a bit much for my little boy.

My wife Granddaughter and I rented the apartment for the last week of may.We were more than happy with our choice.The apartment was very clean and spacious and the owner David was more than helpful he collected us from the airport and arranged transport to the airport at 430 am !!
There is a small local shop selling most of what you need plus a chemist and bus stops just seconds away.
In the evening we took a 10 min. stroll along the yacht marina to a great restaurant overlooking the water to Valletta.
The added bonus to the apartment is it is well away from the tourist areas of Malta. WE WILL BE BACK

My friend and I decided to rent this flat for our short holiday in Malta. We were very pleased with our choice. The apartment was spacious,clean and sunny, just two bus stops away from the capital.The owner arranged everything for us,even picked us up from the airport,quite helpful if you arrive in an unknown country at 2 a.m. in the morning :). I highly recommend this flat to everyone looking for great holidays and no headache...

My husband and I rented this apartment for 10 days during our stay in Malta. I must stay that we were very happy with our choice. The apartment was clean,bright and brand new and fully furnished situated in a very quiet area.The place is just minutes away from the sea and what's more important for someone like us that's not renting a car...a bus stop/bus terminus is just around the corner.Therefore we never had problems travelling around and getting lost,we always managed to get a bus that would stop us very close to the flat.Needless to say,we saved a lot using public transport ;).In the vicinity you will find a grocery shop,a fast food shop where you can buy traditional maltese pies,the post office etc...We were told that very close there was also a hospital and a police office.The owner of the flats was very friendly and helpful,always ready if we needed something.I can truly say that Malta was one of our best holidays ever, i will be looking forward to go back one day and we will definitely go back to the same flat.
