Rental Information::
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS: A provisional booking may be made by telephone, e-mail or fax. Your dates will be held for 7 days awaiting payment of the deposit, if the payment is not received within seven days the property will become available to rent again.
PAYMENT DETAILS: A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee secures the booking (non-refundable) which can be paid by bank transfer to UK bank account, full details are on the Rental agreement. Confirmation of booking will be sent by e-mail once the deposit is received. The final balance is payable on ARRIVAL (or if preferred 21 days prior to arrival by bank transfer.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Refundable damage deposit of £100 (or equivalent in euros) is payable on arrival and will be returned on departure day if the property is left in good condition.
Access to the Apartment::
The apartment will be available from 2pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11am on departure day - unless other arrangements have been agreed. I will meet you at the apartment with the keys, show you around and answer any questions. During your holiday, I am always available if you need any assistance. Please note that for late arrivals at the apartment after 10.30pm there is an additional charge of 30 Euro.
Internet Access/Insurance:
For internet access - there is an INTERNET cafe just across the road also cheap international phone calls. Remember to apply for your new EHIC card (replaces the old E111) available free on-line or from the Post Office. TRAVEL INSURANCE is also required for all members of your party.
Other Activities:
Skiing - around 1.30 hours' drive to the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
