Interior designed to the highest standards luxury let, amazing cliff top views. ultra modern, romantic, inspiring seafront position. super hip location, fabulous boutique hotels nearby, great beaches, Our family has always loved the port and has been visiting on and off for the last ten years, three years ago we stumbled across a property with the most amazing views though it had been neglected for some time, our original plan had been to simply renovate it, but through a fortuitous set of circumstances we met an award winning local architect, and employed him to demolish the old property and create what is now “La Muleta”.

Location: Soller area in Spain

Nearest Beach: beach at 400 Metres
Puerto de Soller is approx 30 min drive from Palma airport, it is a natural harbour around a perfect horseshoe bay, with both sand and shingle,bucket & spade beaches, the area was originally a fishing village, though in the last decade it has gone through a total regeneration, while retaining much of it original character & charm, it now features an abundance of great restaurants, and cafes. Recently the openings of three fabulous new boutique hotels have put the area on the map as the 'hip' new place to visit in Mallorca. Take a look at the following Sunday Times article - please ask us for details. Also currently under construction is what will be Spain’s first seven star hotel…the 'Sa Talaia' opening early 2010.

Staying at La Muleta was the perfect place for our first villa holiday with children. It is not often that you go on holiday and stay somewhere nicer than your own home!
The house is beautiful, and no compromises have been made despite the fact that it is available to rent.
The location is fantastic, and the view from the vast windows could be watched all day.
Dealing with the owner was a pleasure; from the moment we arrived at the airport every need was taken care of, even lending us scooters for our children.
Port de Soller is a great place to go, with beaches within walking distance, fantastic hiking , and hip restaurants and bars.
It is "real " Mallorca, without any of the trappings of a resort. Go now, while you can!

A truly splendid vaction home - highly recommended

It is not often that pictures of holiday homes shown on internet understate reality, but for this property it is the case (I know, it is hard to believe judging by the great pictures). The location of the house - literally hanging on the cliffs - is truly sensational. The house is in mint condition and offers a very trendy interior. The jewel of the property for us was the roof terrace with a pool, big lounge/sofa area and a barbeque accompanied with a breath-taking with of the Mediterranean as well as the horse shoe-bay of Port de Soller.

The owners and the company taking care of their house are indeed very nice people and offered a superb service. They were for instance able to arrange a travel cot and a high chair for our little baby boy.

The location of the house is ideal for people that want to combine sport activities with spending time on the beach. The beach is reached in a couple of minutes and numerous hiking paths are found just around the corner.

To summarize, we can highly recommend renting this property and we intend to come back again.
