This modern, well appointed, comfortable and spacious villa, is centrally located just 1km from some of the best ' Blue Flag´ beaches in the region. The spacious lounge features a sunken bar with large sliding patio windows to the poolside. The swimming pool 9/10metres x 4.5 metres with steps, can be heated (optional) , is surrounded by a lawned garden with B.B.Q. 8 luxury sunbeds are provided. There is a Car port and the property is totally enclosed by walls with gates. Tilía is just a few minutes drive to some of the most beautiful Algarve beaches. Albufeira town is 6 kms, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5kms and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. The nearest supermarket is just 600 metres, ´Algarve Shopping´ with a hypermarket ( open till midnight Mon - Sat ) is at Guia.
