    Departure cleaning fee is not included in the rental rate and will be 75 Euro.
    A 300,00 Euro NON-Refundable deposit is needed to hold the reservation. Please pay your deposit within 7 days of your reservation. The balance is due 4 weeks prior your arrival date by bank transfer.
    If the reservation is made within 4 weeks prior the rental date the full rental price will be due within 5 working days from the reservation confirmation.
    Please note, your booking is unconfirmed until the deposit or full amount has been received.

A nice stay with wonderful panoramic view

The apart has a wonderful panoramic view and it was possible to see Gibraltar and North Africa from the terrace most of the time (depends on weather visibility). The kitchen is completely newly equipped . Monique, the owner, was very attentive to our requests and provided us p.e. with additional set of dishes because we believed the available sets are not sufficient for a daily rotation (we were five persons). The apartment is clean and well maintained.

One small disapointment: the main bed is creaking. This point has been brought to Monique's attention. Knowing her now, we believe she will take care of this point rapidly.

Thank you for your stay and this review. I will take a look at the bed to see why the bed makes a creaking noise but I guess it is because the bed is from wood and maybe difficult to find a solution for but I will try my best. Best wishes,
