Villa located between two beautiful and historic villages of Biot and Valbonne in the sought after area of ‘Bois Fleuri’, surrounded by pine forests and nature trails. Biot is famous throughout the world for glass art and glass blowing. The villas location is ideal to visit the Cote D’Azur coast line resorts of Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Monaco 15 – 40 minutes drive. Superb sandy beaches situated in Antibes only 15 minutes drive. Traditional French markets are held weekly in all nearby villages. Inland there are the stunning hilltop villages of Mougins, Saint Paul de Vence and Gourdon all with breath taking views of the French Riviera. Magnificent mountain drives through the Alps, Gorge de Verdon and the Route de Napoleon are recommended. Close by is ‘Marineland’ a family entertainment complex with dolphins, killer whales, aqua park, fun fair, mini golf and karting. Golfers are spoilt for choice with ten courses all within a ten mile radius of the villa.
