Notes: The apartment has a private and highly secure underground car park which is chargeable. The charge is £4 for up to 4 hours parking and £20 overnight. There is a deep discount for parking after 5pm and leaving before 8am the following morning. The rate is then £8 for overnight parking. Cyclists also have complimentary access to a secure lock-up in the underground car park. The Battersea Reach development is well serviced by taxi's. The apartment also has a weekly maid service, however, the frequency can be increased for an additional charge, if required. Guests have full and complimentary access to the gym facilities. Canadians Had Wonderful Vacation

My teenage daughter (13) and I stayed at this condo for 8 days. We could not have asked for a more comfortable or pleasurable experience. I am in full agreement with previous reviews; the flat boasts full amenities with high-end appliances, lovely furnishings, on-site concierge (which was terribly helpful throughout our stay), convenience store and restaurant. There were a few hiccups (the former tenants had turned the stove/hob off at the fuse, hot water was not uniformly accessible) but truly, Danny was very responsive to our questions, coming to the condo to assist and engaged maintenance to follow up. He went the extra mile. He was so very genuine about wanting our stay to be seamless and enjoyable.

The location was breathtaking with incredible sunsets of the River Thames. Transportation was rather seamless with the bus outside the door with direct deposit at the Victoria Station to connect with the tube. The grocery superstore and movie theatre complex were a simple 10-15 minute walk from the development. It is a very quiet development. The neighbourhood was not at all noisy. During our entire time at Ensign we never saw nor heard neighbouring tenants. We passed people outside the buildings and in the lobby (everyone quite friendly) but otherwise a quiet and peaceful setting.

This condo exceeded expectations and we would most certainly recommend it. Thank you Danny!

Upscale Lodgings

This condo in the upscale Battersea Reach condo complex was convenient to just about everything! Five minute walk to the Southwest Train line where we could access Roehampton and Putney, buses outside the complex for travel to mainline tube stations, a convenience grocery on site, as well as a full service market about 15 minutes walk across Wandsworth Bridge. Restaurants were plentiful across the bridge and there was even a lovely eatery on site. Concierge was friendly and very helpful when we had questions.

Unit was well maintained, with high tech appliances and ample storage. We prepared our breakfasts, some lunches and several dinners in the unit while enjoying the beautiful view of the Thames. The weather was rather warm for London, but since the condo was on the 8th floor, evening breezes quickly cooled down the apartment. A fan was available for our use.

Combined washer/dryer does not hold very many clothes, so we needed to run several loads while on our trip. Step into bathtub is very deep so difficult to get in and out. Hot water was somewhat difficult to control in the shower, and we believe the owner should have spent some time at check-in reviewing the particulars of the unit including operation of the appliances and hot water heater (we are not familiar with Siemens appliances.) Beds were queen and double, but the matresses tended to be less firm than what we were accustomed to. During our stay, sheets and towels were changed and the unit cleaned once, as promised by the owner. Wireless internet was generally reliable. Doors to rooms did not remain open except by propping them, thereby affected air circulation.

All in all, a very convenient, high end unit that was generally comfortable and most definitely safe. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would rebook in the future.
Owner's Response: Whilst it is almost impossible to make everything inch perfect within a serviced apartment environment I always take on board any suggestions put forward. The washer/dryer is a standard 900mm in size and this is the typical size of such an appliance in Europe. The shower control units are of a contemporary design and whilst it may lack simple "hot" and "cold" indicators people do tend to get the general idea of how to regulate the temperature. All doors within the apartment are spring loaded as they comply with new building standards and fire regulations. Door stop wedges are provided should guests wish to keep doors open.

Nevertheless, I do like to think that I am generally available to offer further explanations on anything within the apartment, to those who require it.

I thought twice prior to writing this review.......the apartment and area was so good it should be kept a secret!! Danny was very helpful and I cannot fault the apartment. It has all required for a business trip or holiday.
Train station nearby, shop, pub, lovely views and very quiet.
I am looking forward to returning and would not plan to stay anywhere else other than this apartment in the future.

With 2 adults and a teenager we spend 4 nights in this wonderful apartment. It was the right decision not to go to a hotel! We had enough free space to relax after a long day with sightseeing in London. Everything is new,spacious and clean and we loved to stay there. The view over the Thames is marvelous. The little supermarket in one of the 4 buildings is really helpful to buy everything for breakfast. The Overground station Wandsworth Town is a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. Trains to London Waterloo go very often and need around 15 minutes. From Waterloo you can switch to Underground.
With 3 people who might need two rooms in a hotel this is a very good alternative for sightseeing in London. For our next trip to London we will come back!

Awesome River Thames View - Luxury Pad

What a wonderful stay me and a girlfriend had at this place. Great small touches, everything we needed down to a great expresso maker with a generous amount of coffee. There is a local small supermarket on location to grab your necesities and a FAB onsire gastro pub. Furnished to a very high standard with good 24 hour security. and secure underground parking. You are pretty much on the river Thames (view from the balcony is just great) and a hop over Wandsworth bridge into Fulham and Kings Road etc which is just so classy, great location - 15 min walk to Clapham junction and a 5 min walk to Wandsorth town. This develpment is brand new with this particular apartment only having completed in the summer of 2008, so I was told by the very nice and helpful concierge. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
