This stunning house has been recently renovated and upgraded to a very high standard whilst maintaining many original features. Northfields tube station is under five minutes walk away. Situated in a quiet tree lined street in West Ealing, the warm sitting room greets you with its comfortable sofas, fireplace and TV. The dining room with fireplace, dining table for six, sofa and easy chair leads into into the large very modern kitchen equipped with all the electrical appliances. French doors open on to the very pretty rear garden. On the first floor is the large master bedroom with king size bed, TV, oak closet and chest of drawers, bathroom with large oval shaped bath and overhead power shower and the comfy single bedroom with closet and bedside table. Continue upstairs to the large third bedroom with twin beds, masses of wardrobe space, dressing table with mirror, wonderful views over the garden and roof tops and the en-suite shower room with state-of-the art sink and WC.

The Ealing Townhouse is perfectly located for easy access to all of London's attractions as Northfields underground station is under five minutes walk away. Ealing Broadway with its many shops and restaurants is just a short walk through the park or a five minute bus ride away. There is an excellent range of grocery shopping in the local area and a variety of restaurants, wine bars, cafes and pubs within easy walking distance. Ealing plays host to a popular summer jazz festival in nearby Walpole Park and enjoys many different European food festivals held on Ealing Green. Ealing, known as 'the Queen of the Suburbs' is widely known because of Ealing Studios which was famous for films produced there in the 1940s and 50s. Also famous is the popular Questors Theatre in Mattock Lane. Beautiful Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and the River Thames are only a short drive or bus journey away and well worth visiting.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The price includes all utilities, wireless internet access and once a week maid service with linen change for stays of ten days and over. Price does not include a £65.00 end of stay cleaning charge. Telephone calls are charged at 10 pence per unit. Additional maid service can be arranged locally.
  • Upon booking confirmation we require 25% of the rental with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date, full payment is required.
    If cancellation occurs before the full payment has been collected, the 25% is refunded less a £50.00 administration charge. Should cancellation occur within 28 days of arrival, refund is subject to re-letting of the property for the said period.
