Located in a small modern complex comprising of 23 apartments, it offers stunning south facing views of the Mediterranean. It has a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, just like home. The lounge/dining room extends onto a large terrace which overlooks the beach. The main bedroom has a small balcony which also overlooks the beach. The windows and patio doors have sliding blinds which assist in keeping the interior cool in summer. All rooms have ceiling fans - air conditioning is not necessary as in summer, there is a cool breeze coming directly from the sea. Heaters are provided but are seldom used due to the very mild winters. Satellite TV with over 100 English language channels is provided. Iron and hairdryer are also provided.

IDEAL LOCATION: Torrox Costa is a delightful seaside village, situated east of Malaga and only 40 minutes drive on the motorway from Malaga Airport. It is an ideal base to explore this region with its mountains, scenery and diverse culture. Day trips are available to Gibraltar, Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Morocco. The area boasts of having the best climate in Europe so all outer pursuits can be availed of most of the time.

ENTERTAINMENT/ACTIVITIES: From December to March, when the snow is on the Sierra Nevada mountains, near Granada, it is possible to ski in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon as these mountains are less than 2 hours drive away. The area caters for couples, families and those who appreciate good food and drinks. It is a law abiding area and is relatively crime free. There are two waterparks within a short drive away. The nearest golf course is 10 minutes drive, near the port of Caleta.

Car hire/transport: Discounted car hire from Top Cars can be arranged. Also local taxis can be prebooked, which works out much cheaper that getting a taxi at Malaga airport.

Totalmente correcta la descripción del anuncio, la atención por la propietaria EXSELENTE y el apartamento muy cuidado y limpio.

A pie de playa varios vares restaurantes y supermercado.

Torrox Costa in July-Excellent !

Lovely 1st floor appartment as described with a direct sea view.
The owner greeted us on arrival and the flat was clean and well maintained. Supermarket close by was ideal -and the restaurant PaTA Negra (Look to left from balcony) was our firm favourite !
In Nerja itself try Restaurant Udo Heimer for that special treat !
TV was good with full range of stations and facilities good.
The building has a lift
