Villa Nova is the perfect holiday home for those wanting to stay in a luxury house, experience the beauty of the Italian countryside, while being able to visit Rome, only 30 minutes drive away. The dependence at Villa Nova has an oversized cozy lounge area with books, open kitchen, fireplace, dining table for 12 people, TV, stereo, DVD and a great view. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has a patio with dining table and a terrace connected to all the bedrooms. The dependence has three big bedrooms and two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. A terrace is connected to all the bedrooms. All with a magnificent view over the lake and the hills. With 160 m2, three big bedrooms and two bathrooms and a outside shower the guesthouse provides a comfortable accommodation for 6 adults and 1 kid (additional cots can be placed). A connection studio with 4 extra beds can be rented during Jun - Aug. With its swimming pool and 3.5 hectare of land Villa Nova is very child friendly.
