This luxurious villa is in the peaceful residential community of Indian Ridge, near Kissimmee in Florida. It sleeps 10 and has the space to accommodate all 10 in comfort with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The living spaces have total lounge seating for twelve. The large pool and patio has 16 seats so you won't lose your seat if you dip in the pool to cool off. The nearby individual Disney parks (Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure) are each worth a day's visit and their organisation and content is first class. If you go to the dolphin and whale shows, beware the splashing whales! The Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral is 80 miles away, but makes another great day's outing. But don't forget to schedule some pure relaxation to enjoy the villa, soak up the Florida warmth and sunshine, and go home recharged.

Notes: The villa is within a community which has a swimming pool, two recently upgraded tennis courts, a very large open play area, a sand pit (doubling as a volley ball court), and a small children's play area with swing and slide. This community area can be reached by a footpath from the rear of the villa within 5-10 minutes. The 'living room' comprises a separate lounge and family room, six lounge seats in each. The large main TV is in the family room and there is also a TV in each of the master and second bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in most rooms. The 12 garden and 4 beach chairs listed refer to the chairs kept on the pool patio/terrace and consist of 4 padded loungers, 8 padded upright chairs with arms, and 4 white plastic garden chairs. The heavy duty washing machine and dryer are kept in the large garage rather than the kitchen. The garage also has table tennis.

Fantastic Villa in an Ideal Location

Our family stayed at the villa from 14th Oct - 1st Nov 2009 and had a fantastic time. The villa is in an ideal location in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, and just minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. My daughter loved the pool and created her own sharmu show! Villa is clean and all rooms are large and homely. We were just 4 miles away from all the Disney Parks, and just abit further for Universal, Island of Adventure and Seaworld, and about 1 hour from Busch Gardens. We loved Aquatica especially on the roa rapids. We can't wait to be back in Florida and all our family agree it has been the bestest holiday ever. Special thanks to Judy for responding to all our emails quickly and all her help and information. I would recommend this property to all our friends and family.

This villa was a fantastic place to come back to after a tiring day at the theme parks. It was very clean and suited the needs of the whole family. We loved the swimming pool and found the villa hoemly and relaxing. It is ideal for families with children or teenagers.Thanks again Judy.

Great Florida Getaway!

I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this villa! It is in a quiet community that is in a good central location. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out. The pool and ping pong table kept the kids occupied while the large patio around the pool gave us adults a beautiful place to relax! I really enjoyed walking my dog around the community on the numerous sidewalks, and it's just a short walk to the nice park area that includes a playground, baseball/soccer field, basketball hoops and pool.

My rental experience started off well when I was first inquiring about the villa. Judy notified me of the villa's availability right away (something I found most helpful!) and responded to my subsequent emails promptly and with helpful information. This excellent service made me feel very comfortable about renting the villa, and I'm glad I did!

As I said, this villa is peaceful and quiet, but in a central location. There are a variety of restaurants just minutes away, as well as a Publix and other stores. If you like the outdoors, state parks like Lake Kissimmee and Lake Louisa are just a short drive away. We were also glad to find Osceola County Stadium close by since we spent most of our time there at the Astros Spring Training Camp. Disney Theme Parks are also very close.

Staying at this villa added extra relaxation and pleasure to our vacation. Definitely a home away from home. I can't wait to go back!
