Large, double glazed windows provide both silence and plenty of light. Modern furnishings create tranquil surroundings. A modern bathroom is new and bright. A short walk to Spanish Steps, shopping, museums, and Metro stop (Spagna ) makes it an ideal location. Great Rome Apartment

My husband and I and our teenage twins stayed in this apartment at the end of June. We loved it. It's bright, clean and beautifully furnished.
The appliances - washer/dryer, dishwasher and stovetop all appear to be new and of high quality. The windows are new and very high quality, so, even though you are in a busy piazza, noise in not a problem. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room-but not many channels in English. The beds, pillows and linen were top quality and the AC was very welcome after a long, hot day of touring. There is a well stocked small grocery store less than 5 minutes away on foot. We ate one night at Matricianella, which is very near and it was delicious. And there is a great gelateria across the street. If I go back to Rome, I would definitely want to stay here again.I have rented a few apartments over the years and often they are not as nice as the pictures, I am happy to say this apartment is so much better than the pictures.

Wonderful stay in Rome

My two teanagers and myself had a wonderful stay in Rome in a great apartment. The apartment was beautiful and all facilities were marvellous. The photo's can't give the full beauty. The concierge was very friendly and helpful, and we were helped also by one of the neighbours in the building. Shopping in the local store is easy and the restaurants in Piazza Lorenzo were very good. The best thing is the central position to all the great sites and areas of Rome, within easy walking distance. Great apartment in a beautiful city.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in July 2009. We are quite picky about accommodation, but would definitely recommend this apartment. The apartment was superb because it was clean, fresh, had 3 air conditioners/heat pumps, spacious, had excellent security and was beautifully located.

The apartment is literally in San Lorenzo Piazza (a really nice piazza with shops, cafes and restaurants) and within walking distance of so many great Roman sights.

We would all love to come back to Rome and to stay in this apartment again. So, forget hotels and other accommodation, book this apartment and you will not be disappointed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Apartment in Rome

This is a beautiful, apartment in a perfect location in the historic centre of Rome. Very well situated for sightseeing only 5 minutes walk from the Spagna metro. Lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. We liked Dolci & Doni which had excellent food and really friendly staff. The cafes in the piazza were all very nice and also friendly. The service provided right from our first enquiry was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to any of my friends.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

'Best apartment in Rome'

Staying here in the apartment in Via Del Leone was a 'First Class' experience. The apartment was centrally located within a 1-2 min walk of Via Condotti and all that this area has to offer, within 5 min walk of Spagna Metro Station allowing quick and easy access to all of the famous landmarks of Rome. The apartment itself was immaculate, a lot of thought and obviously expense has gone into designing and fitting out this apartment. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the apartment to all for a 'First Class' experience in the 'Eternal City'.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
