The position allows to easily access all of the famous areas of the Chianti, Siena and Florence. The house is located 300 m from a secondary train line. Shared: garden (3,000 m2) with fruit trees, wood burning oven, barbecue, swimming pool (6x12), laundry room (washing machine), equipped outdoor area. 3 mountain bikes are available on request. Parking. Simple furniture. Baby-bed available. Central heating.
