Two bedroom self-catering apartment. Sleeps 5 adults (one double room, one twin room, foldout bed in living room) plus has a travel cot for babies. Penthouse (top floor) with large sunny terraces with sun lounger and outdoor seating, perfect for alfresco dining. Approximately 20 minute walk from from Vera Playa beach as well as a large Aqua Park (open in the holiday season), restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The flat is great for families with children - the large terrace is gated and lockable to provide a safe play area and the pool and a grassy play area with swings is is less than a minute from the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, a very well equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and a radio and CD player. Ideal for couples or families seeking an easy relaxing holiday by the pool and at the beach and exploring the area.

The apartment is a walk away from Vera Playa, an 8km stretch of sandy beach. Also within walking distance is the water park. A great family destination, you can ride on the many slides or relax by one of three swimming pools. There is also a children’s section with a play area with their own water slides. Open from May until the end of September. A short drive to Garrucha which has a busy seafront and beaches, or Mojacar Playa with fabulous beaches and seafront bars and restaurants. Vera has a traditional Spanish town square. There are plenty of shops, boutiques, restaurants and a street market on Saturdays. Villaricos, a sleepy fishing port is about 10 minutes drive from the apartment. It offers beautiful scenery. Mojacar town is a traditional Spanish town with some excellent tapas. The flat is also within driving distance of Granada, Alicante, Lorca, Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar Playa and Cabo de Gata National Park.

Notes: This penthouse (top floor) flat has a large sunny terrace with a lockable gate which makes it a great play area for children. There is seating for five in the outdoor dining area and also a sunlounger. The kitchen has excellent facilities with oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. The flat sleeps five and has and additional cot. There are both indoor and outdoor pools with a grassy area for sunbathing and a children's play area in the complex. There is a security gate and covered parking right in front of the apartment. There are two flights of stairs to get up to the apartment making it wheelchair inaccessible. Guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace but not inside the apartment.

Fantastic Location for Families with Children: This is a family friendly apartment in a great area. The beach and bars and restaurants are within walking distance and during the summer there is the Aqua Park also within walking distance. There is a cot available in the apartment and the lockable gate on the terrace makes it a great safe play area for children. Alternatively, the apartment indoor and outdoor pools and children's play area are just a few moments away. There is plenty to see and do in the area, historic towns, beaches, go-karting, clay pigeon shooting, sierra-nevada, Granada and the Alhambra, restaurants,golf, mini-golf, tapas, walking in the national park, glass bottom boats and plenty more. A visit to mini-Hollywood where many westerns were filmed is also a lot of fun.

Golfing Holiday: This is an excellent location for golfers with three 18 hole golf courses and a 9 hole course, can also be easily reached within 15 minutes drive, Marina Golf, Desert Springs, Valle del Este and Cortijo Grande.
