Small country property situated in the immediate vicinity of the town of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and Marcialla on the side of a hill that dominates over one of the most vast and beautiful valleys of the Florentine Chianti, rich in vineyards, olive groves and prestigious farmhouses. Peaceful position. The property is made up of a villa (GALLONERO 1), a farmhouse (GALLONERO 2), situated in a lower position, a former hayloft, in a more secluded position, which has been transformed into two small apartments. The three units have private equipped outdoor areas, an equipped terrace with a large table and barbecue (shared), a large shared grassy outdoor area where the swimming pool is located (12x5), situated near the entrance of the property on the side bordering the street. It is possible to go for beautiful walks and to purchase from the owner olive oil, wine and vinsanto produced on the farm.
