Apartments part of a small renovated complex that dates back to the early 19th century and is made up of a villa and its annexe. Three apartments are situated in the annex and one in the villa. The complex is situated in the green hills rich in vineyards and olive groves, ideal for a peaceful holiday, between Poggibonsi and San Gimignano. The position of the complex allows you to easily and quickly reach all of the renowned tourist sights of central Tuscany. Peaceful position inside a property (5000 m2) made up of a well-maintained park and an equipped garden where you will also find the swimming pool (7x14). The villa is inhabited by a family and on weekends by the owner. Each apartment has an equipped outdoor area. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture.
