This newly refurbished Luxury lower level Villa in a Desirable Location of Javea, boasts a Private 15x7 metre Swimming Pool, Hot and Cold outside Shower, large BBQ tiled area with a stunning Mediterranean Gazebo perfect for those hot days and romantically lit for those relaxing evenings. The Interior has 6 Large double bedrooms, Newly Fitted Air Conditioning units which blow both Hot & Cold, Mosquito blinds throughout, Fully tiled & refurbished. There are 2 large fully Tiled Bathrooms with Walk in Showers. Beautiful Newly Fitted Oak Kitchen with granite Worktops and all Appliances including Dishwasher. Open Plan Living Space which includes English Sky TV, DVD, CD all leading through French Doors To Private Outside Swimming Pool Area. All of this only a five minute drive to the beach and Javea Town Centre. Bed Linen, Towels, Cot & Highchair are all Included. This is the 1st Season that this Beautiful Villa has been available and is only to be let out to families.

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches & dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation & boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal. Old Town: This is the ancient town centre steeped in medieval history which has largely been preserved throughout the centuries. Here you can wander through the maze of narrow streets & small plazas. The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of the town. This building dates back to the 15th century, half religious half military. At the side of the church is a beautiful Neo Gothic building which houses the indoor market where you can buy local fresh produce daily. The colourful outdoor market takes place every Thursday.

When our family arriving at this villa we were meet by the very pleasent owners who instantly made us feel very welcome. Within seconds of being shown the villa and pool area we just knew that we had chosen the right villa for our holiday.This villa is beautifully maintained and is very spacious both inside and out. And we would especially recommend this Villa to familys with young children because this property stands within a very secure garden. We will recommed this Villa to our friends and we would not hesitate to return again for another wonderful holiday. Many thanks.

Wonderful holiday in this luxurious villa!

This villa was a great find. It's perfect for large groups -there were 11 of us - spacious, well equipped and a safe, private location for young families. The pool was bigger and better than many others we have experienced and the children spent hours swimming and 'snorkelling'. There is a fantastic shaded area aswell as lush, grassy space with sunloungers, BBQ and large outdoors dining table - which we used most days / evenings, if we weren't out at the lovely local restaurants. Great location - close to town and all the main beaches in the area, although hire car is essential. English owners are friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a villa in the Javea area!

Excellent Holiday Villa

My family being a group of 11 had a great time at this villa. Everything you could need is there including a massive pool that everyone could be in together! It is also ideal for small children.

All amenities are only a few minutes drive away and that includes the beach! I would certainly recommend this villa and all that goes with it. Many thanks to the very helpful and on hand owners too.
