Ancient hayloft (120 m2) that is completely independent and has been tastefully and carefully renovated located inside a small farm estate (20,000 m2) that produces wine, olive oil, marmalade and honey. All of which is near a small country hamlet (8 families) built on top of the ruins of an 11th century monastery. Peaceful position. From the property there are beautiful views of the Arno Valley and the Chianti hills. Well-kept garden (1000 m2) that is shaded, equipped and fenced-in with an original panoramic terrace. The floodlit, trapezoid-shaped swimming pool (approx. 70 m2 - min. 0.60 m - max. 2.50 m deep), which is covered by a hothouse like structure and is separated from the rest of the garden by hedges, is shared with owner who can directly access it without having to pass through the garden. The swimming pool is occasionally used by the owners. Parking. Internet access. Central heating.

On the upper level, the entrance is through the restored loggia, into the living room with a stone fireplace large enough to sit in and a large picture window. The couch (a sofa bed) and armchairs are leather. Satellite TV and stereo. From the living room, access to two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower done with mosaic tiles. Ground Floor: A spiral staicase leads to the lower level where you will find the kitchen/dining room (oven, equipped wood-burning pizza oven, separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher) with access to the gazebo/pool. One double bedroom with picture window and access to the pool, one bathroom with open shower. Some of the furniture is antique. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
