Villa Kesenia benefits from being located at Polyxenia Resort and is the perfect summer holiday rental. Everything you need for your self catering holiday is here. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ for outdoor dining, or just relax with a drink by the private pool. If you don't fancy cooking then no need to worry because there are many good restaurants, Cypriot, Italian, Indian, Mexican, Chinese and much more within a 5 minute walk. For even more choice take a romantic walk along the new beachside path or a short taxi ride into Protaras Centre. The nearest beach is situated in front of the Polyxenia villas where you will find free sunbeds on the lawn adjacent to the beach, a communal pool for use of patrons staying at Polyxenia Villas, and a friendly beach bar serving drinks and lunches. Water sports are a further 100 metres away.

Villa Kesenia is located on the Polyxenia resort in Pernera on the outskirts of Protaras. Pernera has plenty of shops, very good restaurants, banks and a local doctor just 5 minutes walk away. There are lots of picturesque coves within a small area with the nearest one being in front of the Polyxenia Villas with a friendly beach bar and restaurant. Protaras Centre is a 3 minute taxi ride or a pleasant walk along the beachfront path.
