Surrounding the house are oak trees, cypresses, olive trees and the vineyards of the farm where you can purchase excellent Chianti wines. Wonderful panoramic position in the countryside dotted with parish churches, farms and ancient towers. Superb peace and quiet. Outdoor area with an equipped, natural lawn and swimming pool (6x12). Access along 1.3 km of dirt track road. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.
