Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Detached Villa set in Private Gardens with its own swimming Pool. The Villa is set over 2 Floors on the Ground floor is a spacious living room , Modern Fitted Kitchen with main appliances including dish washer, Bedroom plus shower room. on the first Floor are 3 further bedrooms plus 2 Bathrooms (one ensuite) The Villa comes fully Furnished. there is Air conditioning plus central heating for winter time . outside is a large terrace with table and chairs 6 sunbeds BBQ and summer kitchen. The villa is located less than 5 minutes walk to a selection of approx a dozen Restaurants/Cafes/Bars (Spanish English, Chinese, Mexican, Italian) plus a large supermarket, Newspaper shop Bank etc. The nearest beach is a 5 min car drive. There is a good local bus service (4 min walk from the Villa) with buses running to the beach (15 minutes) or into Torrevieja town centre (20 minutes).

Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torreveija. Its situated on the Southside of Torreveija between the Famous Pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (Both blue Flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 5 minutes by car /taxi or 10- 15 minutes by Bus (pick up point is 5 min walk from the villa). Vist the Torreveija Town centre (see below) 7 min drive (car /taxi) or 20 minutes by bus.
