Tastefully and carefully restored villa (400 m2) situated 4 km from Riparbella (various shops) in the hills surrounding Cecina (400 m a.s.l.) in a dominating and panoramic position from where views sweep over the hills to the sea and where on clear days you can see the islands of the Tuscan arcipelago and as far as Corsica. The property is completely enclosed. Guests have at their disposal a spacious garden with terracings and where there is a large gazebo in the upper part and a swimming-pool (5x10) (1/5-1/10) with another more smaller gazebo in the lower part. Parking.
