A self-catering chalet with amazing balcony views, ski In & ski out & log fire

A traditionally built chalet of great charm, individuality & comfort, Set on 3 floors, with underfloor heating, it accommodates 10 adults in comfort, with 5 bedrooms all ensuite (2 twin & 2 double) on the 2nd floor & then an ensuite studio on the Ground Floor. The 1st floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen with additional fridge & deep freeze in adjacent storeroom, spacious open-plan dining & seating areas, traditional wood-burning fireplace (a certain amount of wood provided) & cable TV room, DVD, WIFI internet & music system. South facing balconies & wide south-west terrace with wooden furniture & gas barbecue. Heated skiboot racks, sauna and wonderful views. Ski-in & ski-out access to the slopes; 5 min walk from Les Crosets; closed garaging for up to 3 vehicles; road cleare

Les Crosets is a charming ,friendly hamlet perched high (1668m) on the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil ski network with a direct link to Avoriaz and is, with Avoriaz, the hub of the whole area. It is the highest of the Swiss Portes du Soleil resorts, offering excellent snow cover, lovely views and a year round road access. It is a 90 min. drive from Geneva Airport from whence there is a direct train service to Aigle (80 mins)

The resort caters for all levels of skier and boasts an wide variety of slopes ranging from tree-lined routes to the Swiss Wall, one of the most infamous runs in Europe. The resort offers excellent off-piste facilites and boasts one of the best snowboard parks in Switzerland.

There are several good restaurants, a food shop and in the new luxury Le Hameau Development there are shops, a wellness centre, a restaurant and a hotel .

  • WINTER: The prices above are for 10 persons using all 5 bedrooms. During Mid & Low Winter periods the chalet can be let with the use of 4 bedrooms, the studio will be shut off and empty. Please ask for a special quote. SUMMER: The price indicated is for 8 persons using 4 bedrooms, please request prices using all 5 bedrooms.
    The price includes bed linen (the bed linen will be on the bed but the beds will not be made up), towels, kitchen clothes, end of stay cleaning and taxe de séjour. the use of three garages, A certain amount of wood for the fire is included in the price. Guests are liable for damage to the property and equipment, but we will not charge for small breakages if declared.
    The price is in Swiss Francs, the only currency excepted in which all payments must be made.
    Please ask for a special quote if you wish for a shorter/longer stay or have other requests
  • A deposit of CHF 2500,- per week is required without which no reservation can be confirmed. On arrival a complete credit card number must be provided as a guarantee for damages: the owner reserves the
    right to charge for the aforesaid damages. An additional charge will be made when the chalet has not been left tidy with the pots and pans clean, rubbish cleared and the oven clean.

Notes: The stove is large 5-ring gas cooker with a wide electric oven, suitable for cooking for large numbers. There are two fridges:, an under-counter one in the kitchen and a large one in the adjoining storeroom. Meat and cheese fondue burners and pots are provided. There is a ski room with boot dryer and a separate wash room with washing machine & dryer. a certain amount of firewood is provided for the traditional wood fire, that dominates the open-plan first floor. There are 2 child highchairs. All floors are wooden parquet with underfloor heating throughout the chalet.
