The villa is located on the upper part of a hill in a context of independent villas immersed in the typical vegetation of the Maremma coast. Peaceful position. Beautiful, broad views of the sea. The villa is located in a property which, from the access where the private car park is located, descends towards the sea by means of a series of garden terracings that are well kept.

Going down a flight of stairs (with small safety gate for small children): 2 double bedrooms with access to the garden, 1 large bedroom for teenagers with bunk beds and divan bed with a 2nd pull-out bed and access to the garden, 1 large bathroom with bath (double washbasin), 1 bathroom with shower, (washing machine). Comfortable furniture. Central heating.
