Jasmine is a spacious, modern, quality villa, an ideal choice for a family holiday or romantic getaway. It's perfectly located between the beach and Kapparis village centre. The large private pool is set in a spacious sunny garden. A BBQ makes for perfect for al-fresco dining and the mature garden is fenced, ideal for families with small children. Satellite TV, DVD player and Nintendo WI and WII Fit are provided for your entertainment. There is also a phone in the villa for your use plus a docking station for your Ipod or MP3 player. Jasmine is fully air conditioned (included in the price) with a large open plan sitting area, dining area and well equipped kitchen and a shower room and WC on the ground floor. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything you could want for in a villa is provided creating a perfect home from home. Everything else you need for a perfect holiday is just a few minutes walk away including beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.

The Village of Kapparis is a favourite spot for those who know Cyprus well, it's just next to the well known resort of Protoras. Kapparis is a popular year round resort, it has some of the best value and quality restaurants and bars in the Protoras / Paralimni area plus a good supermarket, bakery and off-license. You don’t need a car, everything is within a few minutes walk of the villa. The local beach, called Fireman’s beach is just a few minutes walk down the road and more beaches are within easy walking distance along the shoreline towards Protoras. Overall a great location and the villa has a lovely private garden with mature planting which makes a nice backdrop for the large swimming pool.   • There are two bathrooms on the 1st floor - one en-suite to the master bedroom and the other being a family bathroom for the two twin rooms. Both of these bathrooms include baths with showers, basin and wc. On the ground floor is a shower room / cloak room and there is also an outside shower near the pool.

  • There are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom on the front of the villa has a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and vanity unit with granite top. It had extensive fitted wardrobes and a safe for your valuables. There is a dressing table and mirror in the room and hair dryer. The other two bedrooms are both large twin bedrooms. They have bedside cabinets and extensive fitted wardrobe space and each room has a mirror and shelf. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

We included a Nintendo WII which was very popular last year and this year have added a WII Fit and balance board so you can have fun keeping fit whilst practicing your slalom skiing, a step class or Yoga in between lounging by the pool.

Stunning villa; spacious, modern, excellent facilities and welcome pack plus the owner provides you with v.useful directions and maps and is v.helpful! The beach is literally a 2min walk and though small, lovely and quite private. Kapparis does have all you need within a short walk but it was nice to have the hire car and explore further. Ayia napa was a 10min drive, Protaras 5mins.
We had a fantastic holiday and I would recommend this villa+owner to anybody!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
