A luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom south facing house (with an over sized pool, deck and spa, outdoor kitchen area) located on the fabulous WaterSong Resort. Additionally there is an indoor games room in the super loft making it ideal for guests who are looking for something special. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and can accommodate 12 guests with ease making it an ideal holiday rental throughout the year. There is complementary WIFI through out the house and free local and international phone calls are included. All bedrooms have cable TV & there are large TVs in both the family room and loft area. WaterSong is a manned gated community offering guests free use of the club house and outdoor heated pool and many other facilities all within 20 minutes drive of the main Orlando attractions. For golf enthusiasts the newly opened Providence golf course is just next door and a PGA championship golf course at Champions gate is nearby.

WaterSong is within easy reach of Walt Disney World and the other attractions, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Sea World and Wet and Wild. WaterSong is set in a natural preservation area. The villa backs onto natural lakes and wooded conservation area with an abundance of wildlife. The WaterSong club house is just a few minutes walk away and is open to all guests staying in the community. It boasts numerous facilities including a large heated swimming pool, childrens play area, fitness centre and Cyber cafe. Just a short drive away is Champions Gate hosting shops,restaurants and takeaways and a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from on the I92 and the close proximity of the I4 gives easy access to Universal, Sea World and the shopping malls.

Stayed here for 14 nights in July. All communication with owners excellent. No problems with cleanliness of villa. Very clean, tidy and well kept villa. A couple of minor problems were dealt with efficiently and promptly by their agents. Villa is located in a quiet development. We have stayed in the Davenport area on three previous occasions and this is the one villa we would have no hesitation in recommending. Handy for access to the Interstate 4 and a couple of good Publix Supermarkets at Champions Gate & Ovation.

My family and I stayed in June of 2009 and were happy with the home. Plenty of space for everyone. The screened in pool and hot tub were used dailey. Easy to get from the home to all the parks.
Not a lot of cookware in the kitchen. We ended up buying a lot of toss away aluminum plans as well as storage containers to use.
The bathrooms had mildew on the shower curtains, but maybe in the Florida humidity that is normal. We cleaned the first day and had no more problems with mildew while we were there.
The trash bins did not all have lids so we had some problems with trash in the yard that we had to clean up.
Owner's Response: Thankyou for your feedback, We always strive to maintain the villa to a very high standard and are upset that on this occasion we fell short. We accept your concern around the lack of some cookware and we have remedied this recently so it will not be an issue for larger parties in the future. We have spoken with our mangement company with respect to keeping a closer check on the shower curtains and replacing them more frequently. The bins are to be replaced.
