The house that is located in the middle of this historic place with its lovingly landscaped garden offers enough space for up to 9 persons. The accommodation that has been tastefully equipped offers a comfortable atmosphere with lots of charm, not least because of its cosy live-in kitchen with a large, open fireplace. While occupying 3 floors, children, adults and pets can enjoy a relaxing holiday. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms permit privacy also during the holidays. Sunbathe in the dunes from spring till late autumn, deserted beaches, mile long mountain bike tours along the coast, numerous golf courts and hacks on the beach, sailing classes, kite flying and hiking tours - the possibilities to do sports seem sheer infinite. For those who like their holidays quieter: appealing small restaurants and a historic church shape the village. Plouguerneau is situated in close proximity to the coast (3 km), and also the famous fjord 'Aber W'rack' is close-by.

Plouguerneau is located in close proximity to the famous Abers, fjord-like estuaries that reach very far into the interior of the country. This part of the Bretagne is not yet overcrowded and offers a very unspoilt countryside to nature lovers. The close proximity to the sea combined with the nativeness of this historic place composes the charm of this holiday destination. Plougouernau has a grown infrastructure of old houses, a historic church, traditional weekly markets, yet also a big supermarket with a wide variety of fresh delicacies from this region.

  • We are very flexible regarding the minimum time or the duration of stay or rentals different then Saturday to Saturday.
  • All extra charges have been paid with the rental price. Bed linen and towels will be provided on site freshly washed. Also the final cleaning is included.

Notes: The most characteristic feature of the house Ty Ar Peoc'h (House of Peace) is its large living space. There are four bedrooms available on 2 floors. There is a bathroom on each floor. In the lowest floor you will find a very spacious kitchen with a large eating table. The kitchen opens up towards the living room which extents the spaciousness of the area. The living room provides satellite TV, CD-player and a large open fireplace.

Golf: There are two golf courts in close proximity (ca. 15-20 minutes by car) . The court 'Brest-les-Abers' (Kerhoaden, 29810 Plouarzel) is a very nice 18-hole court situated in the middle of a hilly countryside. The owners are very friendly and always warmly welcome new guests. The prices range from 12 to 34 Euro. Tel.: +33 (02) 98896833. The court 'Brest-Pen Ar Bed' (Route de Saint-Renan, 29290 Lanrivoare) is a 9-hole court and has been integrated attractively into the existing countryside. The price is ca. 20 Euro. Tel.: +33 (02) 98849892. There are two more golf courts in a distance of ca. 60 minutes by car.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen, es entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und unseren Vorstellungen. Für Familien oder auch für kleinere Gruppen, die es gern etwas individueller haben und Ruhe und Erholung suchen ist es die ideale Urlaubsunterkunft. Die in der Nähe gelegenen Strände sind keinesfalls überlaufen, deshalb hat man auch nie den Eindruck, dass in Cafes, Restaurants und Geschäften die Mitarbeiter "genervt" von Touristen sind. Man fühlt sich willkommen in dieser Gegend.
Der Vermieter behandelt alle Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Vermietung und Aufenthalt umgehend und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Beschreibung im Inserat ist zutreffend, das Haus ist geräumig, gemütlich und gepflegt; es liegt mitten in Plouguerneau und dennoch ruhig. Es gibt sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten und schöne Strände in der Nähe. Die Abwicklung der Formalitäten war problemlos, jede Anfrage wurde sofort beantwortet. Lediglich das Restaurantangebot in Plouguerneau ist bescheiden; das wird wettgemacht durch einen Traiteur, einen guten Wochenmarkt und den mitten im Ort gelegenen Intermarché mit einer großartigen Fischtheke sowie der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche im Ferienhaus. Wer Ruhe, eine schöne Landschaft, freundliche und unaufgeregte Menschen sucht, ist hier richtig.

Vielen Dank noch einmal für diesen schönen Urlaub. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, das Haus ist urig und wunderschön, die Lage mitten im Ort war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für all unsere Unternehmungen. Besonders die Nähe zu den traumhaft gelegenenen großzügigen Golfplätzen haben und die Kombination eines erholsamen aber auch aktiven Urlaubs möglich gemacht.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen - und unser Handycap weiter verbessern.

Die Online-Beschreibung des Hauses war absolut stimmig, Lage und Ausstattung entsprach im wesentlichen unseren Vorstellungen.
Der allgemeine Zustand war soweit in Ordnung.
Durch den Vermieter sind wir bestens auf mögliche Ausflugsziele vorbereitet worden - die Informationen waren umfassend und vielseitig.
Wer einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Nette Leute und viel, viel Strand und Ruhe sind hier garantiert.
Urlaub mit Fahrrad oder zu Fuß ist hier absolut möglich.
