Situated on an elevated site offering stunning views of Nazare and the Atlantic Ocean, Alto Do Moinho is a new exclusive complex. With astonishing views all around of the Silver Coast, from the roof terrace, this fantastic and modern complex offers private roof terraces, shared pools (children and adult), lawned garden area, built in barbeques, fully equipped gym, sauna and parking facilities for guests. Nazare, itself, has a stunning beach and is surrounded by mountains and Sitio on the clifftop. It is a typical fishing village which has managed to retain its Portuguese traditions and not become over-commercialised. To walk down its narrow streets towards the sea, is to discover a way of living still genuine, with surprises on every corner. 15min walk from Alto Do Moinho will take you to the centre where numerous restaurants, shops, bars and cafes can be found. From here take the funicular to Sitio, where at 110m high, you can experience one of the most beautiful sea views.

Located on the ground floor and adjacent to apartment E, this spacious apartment has its own private terraces to the back and front of the property. From the front terrace a few steps takes you to the garden and pools. The apartment comprises of a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with another dining area. Both of which lead onto the front terrace. There are 2 bedrooms both with fully fitted wardrobes and a fully tiled bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, kettle, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dishwasher. For the 'little ones' plastic cutlery, cups and plates are provided. A TV and DVD player are also provided in the living room.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 200 euros (or 200 Sterling pounds) is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks in advance of arrival.
    Also a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros (or 200 Sterling pounds) against breakages is required at time of the deposit. The security deposit will be returned once a satisfactory outcome of the inspection of the apartment is reached, following your departure.
    Arrival time is after 3pm and before 10pm. Departure by 12pm (midday). However this schedule can be changed, by prior agreement.
    Electricity, gas and water bills are included in rates.
    Property is cleaned before and after stays. If staying more than a week, an intermediate cleaning and laundry (bed linen and towels) service will be provided, at no extra cost.
    If bookings are for less than the minimum stay period (6 nights), an additional 60 Euros will be charged to cover cleaning and laundry.
