Villa with Private Swimming Pool. Villa includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. A small inner hall leads to 2 bedrooms & bathroom. The master bedroom (2 single beds / or 1 double ) includes fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening to balcony. The second bedroom (2 single beds) also has fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to pool area. A family shower room / WC etc.. is accessible from the hall. All rooms are air-conditioned. Steps from pergola covered terrace, lead to the pool area, patio and garden. Steps lead to the roof terrace suitable for private sunbathing and viewing surrounding countryside and the sea. Bed Settees are in Living Area also.

Several Beaches within 3 Kms.. Short drive to historical sites, Arkadi & Arsani Monasteries, Melidoni Cave, Venetian Sltes, Gorges, Walking Tours, etc.. Other 'busy tourist resorts / nightlife' are within 5Kms. Only 10 Kms to Rethymnon, busy tourist town. All types of shops, markets, ferry / port, organised tours to all parts of Crete. Rethymnon also has Old Historical Venetian harbour & fort. Overnight Car Ferry to Athens & other Islands.

We do travel and rent holiday properties a lot all around Europe. I would rate this villa as the best I ever seen! To describe it in just a one word - perfection! It is very well equipped, ergonomic, modern, very clean. I would recommend villa Anna for those who want quiet and exclusive stay. The side of the island where the property is located is also the best. The car is a necessity. Many thanks to owners for warm welcome with vines and a full first breakfast!

we stayed in villa anna in july. everything was very well organised. the villa is extremely well-run. thanks to the owner and linda who organises the house. never had a better place to relax, but also to start trips from. hope to come back. hildegard and wilfried,germany
