Ideal for large family or group. Walking distance to beach. The luxury villa sleeps 14 people. There is a large overflowing salt water pool (12m x 6m) in an extensive terraced area with triple BBQ and outside shower. Accommodation: Ground Floor: Entrance hall with doors to two suites and staircase to third suite. Suite 1: Consists of two twin bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC, large lounge with Sat/TV and door to pool terrace. Fully fitted kitchen. Suite 2 : Has three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge with Sat/TV, doors to pool terrace and fully fitted kitchen area. First Floor: Suite 3: With two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms,fully fitted kitchen, large lounge with Sat/TV and doors to balcony and roof terrace with sea views. Basement: Laundry room with washing/drying machines.

This villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac within short walking distance to Castelo Beach (700 metres). Other beaches like Sao Rafeal, Coelha, Evaristo and Galé are nearby, also supermarkets and restaurants. Albufeira town and Marina are 5 km away, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 6km and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

  • Prices shown are for up to 14 persons in 3 suites. Please ask for prices, if you want to book only one of the suites (Suite 1: 2 bedrooms in ground floor, Suite 2: 3 bedrooms in ground floor, Suite 3: 2 bedrooms 1st floor. Changeover day: Saturday.Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am.. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we have received a 25% deposit together with the booking form. The remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £300 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
    We also arrange car hire and airport transfer. Please ask for prices.

They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
