    A €400 damages cheque deposit is required to be sent to the owner 1 month before arrival. This is fully refunded where no damage to the apartment in incurred.

    For weekly rentals, arrival and departure is normally on Saturday but are flexible and will consider other arrangements.

    Rental includes the following services: Water; Gas; Electricity; Internet connection; Final cleaning; Linen and towels;

    In order to reserve the apartment we ask for a payment of €300 to secure (non refundable). Full payment will be required 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Get off at stop for Negresco Hotel, apt is located 2 mins walk from bus stop. Rialto Cinema behind apartment showing range of international and recent release films. All shown in original language with French subtitles .

Luxury: Large, Spacious and bright apartment decorated in 2008 to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with American style fridge freezer with lots of cupboard space. Home entertainment system fitted in sitting room area. Ideal home from home for singles, couples or families. At rear of apartment beautiful communal flower garden and terrace area.

Excellent apartment in great location

I stayed here with colleagues whilst attending a conference. The apartment was just as described with plenty of space, clean and very well equipped. The location is fantastic, 2 minute walk to the beach, good restaurants and services locally and a pleasant walk along Promenade Anglais to the old town. A big plus is the ease of transfer from the airport. The airport bus (no. 98) stops only 2 minutes away and the apartment is very easy to find. Communication with the agent (Sara Jane) was very straightforward and she was extremely knowledgeable having lived in Nice for several years. I would defenitely recommend this apartment to any family/group and would certainly stay again if visiting Nice.

Great Appartment at centralized location

We were at the appartment with a group of 8 persons for one week and we all had a great time! The appartment is very spacious, cleany, very well equipped and it provides a great accommodation to discover Nice without need to have a car.

Sitting in the living room with open windows and you will get the fresh breeze and a great view to the sea...it is just perfect.

We enjoy very much the short way to the beach providing especially for our kids all flexibility to go and return to the appartment at his/her own convinience. The location of the appartment is ideal...most of the places (vieux ville, shopping, place Masena etc.) are in walking distance.

We enjoy to use the bus to go for Monaco, Cannes, Antibes (one euro for one way per person) avoiding lot of stress regarding driving and parking...that we can definitely recommend to everyone!

We stayed at the apartment recently and I have to say that staying in this apartment made the holiday even more enjoyable and relaxing.

Very spacious and accommodating for our group of 7 teenagers, didn’t want to leave the place. Excellent information left for us at the apartment which was a great help in planning the week. Also the tourism office was only 10mins away! Very friendly owners and dealt with us in a very professional manner. From initial contact to checking out..5 star service!

Supermarket for food and essentials is on the very next road. Great places to eat all very nearby to the apartment.

Nice is a perfect place to stay to visit the French Riviera. Visited Monaco/Monte Carlo (Bus from bus station which is 10-15mins walk away took 30mins to get there), Antibes/Cannes (Bus from Prominade Des Anglais which is 2mins away) and finally St Tropez (Opted to take a ferry from the harbor which is 20mins away). Transport as described is great value for money and nearby. Transportation of all forms is in a different league to transport in London.

All in all, would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future! Thank you for making our holiday that extra bit enjoyable.

We stayed at this apartment for a long weekend in June 09 on our first visit to NICE and had an amazing time.
The description and photos of the apartment were exactly as advertised and the location was very central for exploring NICE.
The apartment was perfect, well-maintained, very clean and like home from home. We all loved the original features of the building both inside and out. In total there were seven of us but as it is extremely spacious inside it we didnt feel cramped at all.
There was even a couple of bottles of wine and some snacks for our arrival, a wonderful and thoughtful idea that was very much appreciated.
After a particularly long day exploring we came home and ending up singing along to the Mama Mia dvd, the bottles of wine and snacks came in handy that evening.
Booking and collection of the keys couldnt have been easier and all emails were answered promptly by Catriona, nothing was too much trouble and as you are dealing with the owners direct it makes it more personal, we also had a contact number for someone in NICE should we have experienced any difficulties.
Whilst we were there we visited Cannes, Monte Carlo and St Tropez and I would recommend a visit to all of them, the public transport is value for money and I would say that standard class is equivalent to our first class in the UK.
I would absolutely recommend this aparment to anyone thinking of visitng NICE, the only negative I would say, is that we didnt stop longer.

Fantastic apartment in a convenient location

We booked the apartment for a joint hen do in the South of France. Booking, payment and collection of keys was all very simple. The apartment itself is in a great location, just a stones throw from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the train station and Nice Old Town. The facilities within the apartment were more than adequate for 8 ladies! The sitting room is light and spacious and the adjoining dining room is also very spacious. All bedrooms were nicely furnished with lots of space. The kitchen had all your essential bits and bobs for making a light breakfast or a full dinner for 8 people. A lady met us outside the apartment on our arrival with the keys and showed us around and we had a telephone number to contact if we had any issues. The only issue we had was that due to construction works, we did not have access to the courtyard but it was not really needed. All in all, this is a fantastic apartment which I would recommend to friends and family.
