Cosy farmhouse created from a former hayloft perfect for hot summer days by the pool or cold autumn nights by the fire. This beautiful property is in one of the most prestigious areas of the Chiantis. The outside area is divided into two levels. On the upper level, there is a restored loggia in front of the house & a manicured lawn equipped with tables, chairs & a stone BBQ, all with a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. On the lower level, there is a swimming pool (5x10) & covered gazebo bordered by hedges and flowers, allowing for very private sunbathing and swimming & lunches or breakfasts shaded from the sun. The house is reached by 800m of unpaved road, part of which is downhill. On request and upon payment, extra cleaning & a cook (who will also cook pizza in the wood burning oven). From the house, one can walk to the village of Lucardo where there are 2 good restaurants, one with a magnificent view over the surrounding countryside & the other a pizzeria with Tuscan food.
